Tresorya is an 18th Century traditional slate built Cornish Cottage. Tresorya offers accommodation for 8-10 guests with secluded mature rambling landscaped gardens and ample parking in the grounds for 5 or more cars. The entrance is to the side of the property, just down the lane, not on the main road.

The property is accessible and located on the main road just 3½ miles from Looe, which is a historic fishing port with quaint streets, hidden coves and its own island. Nearby Polperro is a picturesque Cornish fishing village, with whitewashed cottages overlooking the harbour, famed for its history of fishing and smuggling. The popular heritage Museum at Polperro has old photos and exhibits on display.

The convenient location gives you the chance to discover for yourself the outstanding natural beauty of the Cornish countryside and coastline. Just a two minute walk down a country lane from Tresorya is a fully stocked Cornish farm shop. There is easy access to Tresorya by road or rail and The Looe Valley Railway is just a short taxi ride away.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

Tresorya Cottage is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday. The entrance to Tresorya is via electronic wooden gates just down the lane to the side of the property. The current owners have taken great care to ensure the property is immaculately presented. The large landscaped gardens are perfect for barbeques and relaxing in the summer with a glass of wine.


Tresorya has a hand-made wooden fitted kitchen with marble worktops and Aga as well as beamed ceiling. It is also equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

A washing machine and tumble-drier are also provided in an outside laundry room.

The tasteful décor in the lounge is complimented by the traditional Cornish open fireplace and beamed ceiling. There is a colour television with Freeview, DVD and video recorder as well as the three-piece suite, book shelf and coffee table.

The spacious dining / sun room with beautiful views of the mature gardens in the grounds has a three piece suite and free-standing reading lamps as well as a 3-seater futon and dining table with 10 chairs.

Upstairs, there is a “family” room (with a double and a single bed), a further double bedroom and a single bedroom.

The main bathroom is spacious and has a matching bathroom suite as well as a walk in shower.

There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite shower and WC. 2 further guest beds are available upon request as well as the comfortable double futon in the dining room.

All rooms are tastefully decorated with bed linen provided but you are asked to bring your own towels.

There is garden furniture from which you can enjoy the landscaped gardens in the property's secluded grounds.

Well behaved pets are accepted by prior arrangement only. There is a £10 surcharge per pet per week/short break. Pets are not to be left unattended in the property during a rental.

Electricity is included in the tariff and there is no charge for logs used on the open fire.

A cot & high chair are available to hire from the owner upon request. (Surcharge £15 Cot per week/short break £10 High Chair per week/short break).
