ACCOMMODATION DETAILS Locarno (Apartment 1), 5 New Road, Port Isaac is let from Friday to Friday, keys are made available from 3.00pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.00am on the last day of your holiday. This ground floor apartment in this substantial Edwardian house sleeps 5, located just a few minutes walk from the beach. The kitchen is 14ft x 12ft and has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine/dryer, toaster, kettle as well as an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. There is a dining table and chairs in the kitchen. The lounge is 14ft x 15ft and has seating, a 21" colour television, video recorder, coffee table and a living-flame coal effect electric fire. The master bedroom offers a 4'6 double bed, a 3'0 single bed, pine wardrobe, pine chest of drawers, wash basin, occasional chair and reading lights. Bed linen is available to hire at £4.00 per person. The double bedroom has a 4'6 double bed, a wardrobe, drawers, two occasional chairs and a wash basin. Bed linen is available to hire at £4.00 per person. The bathroom has a matching bathroom suite as well as a wall-mounted electric shower.
