The Mission Hall is a former meeting hall built in 1878 and has recently been converted to very high standard including unique original features offering plenty of appeal to discerning guests. The picturesque coastal villages of Kingsand & Cawsand are unspoilt & have sandy beaches. In recent years the villages have won awards for the best kept coastal villages in Cornwall. On the first floor is a large living area with a sea view and a kitchen with a mezzanine floor and views over the village to Cawsand fort. The beach is a minute away down a footpath. There are lots of rock pools with swimming from safe, clean beaches. Sailing and boating are popular in the sheltered bay & there is excellent fishing from the rocks for bass or mackerel. The Mission Hall has been lovingly restored ,offering unique original features including the original Mission Bell hanging outside the property. There is a full size Harmonium in The Mission Hall. Kingsand is full of olde worlde charm, a great place to relax as well as offering easy access to Whitsand Bay, Seaton, Looe & Polperro. There are boats for hire and boat trips from the beach as well as a number of quaint little shops, 4 Traditional Cornish Inns/Restaurants & 2 Tea Shops. |

The Mission Hall sleeps 8-10 guests and is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday. FIRST FLOOR - On the first floor is a large living area with a sea view and a kitchen with a mezzanine floor above with views over the village to Cawsand fort. KITCHEN – 3m x 2.5m : Full of Olde Worlde Charm & v ery well presented with a Range of fitted units, Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Kettle, Toaster and an ample supply of Cutlery, Crockery, Glassware & Pots and Pans. LOUNGE / DINER – 6.5m x 5m : Full of Olde Worlde Charm with Comfortable Seating, coffee table, Television, DVD, CD, Radio, full size Harmonium and Electric Organ, Dining Table with 8 Chairs, Telephone for Incoming Calls, lots of Games & a Picnic Set . GALLERY AREA - There is a Gallery Area (on mezzanine floor) with a small table & chairs plus armchair . GROUND FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM – 4.4m x 2.4m : Full of Olde Worlde Charm with a Double Bed, Bedside Tables & Side Lights, Mirror, Wash Basin, Hanging Cupboards including Clothes Shelves. Bed linen is supplied and included in rental tariff . SECOND BEDROOM - 3.8m x 2.2m : Full of Olde Worlde Charm with a Double Bed, Bedside Tables & Side Lights, Mirror, Wash Basin, Wardrobe and Chest of Drawers. Bed linen is supplied and included in rental tariff. SHOWER ROOM - Shower Room TOILET - Seperate W/C THIRD BEDROOM - 5.5m x 2.4m : Full of Olde Worlde Charm with 2 X Bunk Beds (Sleep 4), Side Units, Wash Basin, Hanging Cupboards including Clothes Shelves. Bed linen is supplied and included in rental tariff . BATHROOM - 2 X 2.3m : Matching Bathroom Suite with Bath, Shower, Wash Basin & WC. Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer. BED LINEN - The provision of bed linen for 8 guests is included in the rental tariff. GUEST BEDS - Two additional guest beds can be made available upon request. ELECTRICITY - Electricity is included in the tariff. STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY - Smoking is not permitted in the property. PETS - Pets are not permitted.
