THE LOBSTER POT (Sleeps 4), LOOE, CORNWALL
The Lobster Pot is a self catering chalet-style holiday villa situated on the slopes of
a tree-lined valley at Millendreath, Looe. The Villa has a large balcony with sea views.
At Millendreath there are woodland walks in the valley and coastal path to Looe, which is a historic Cornish fishing port with quaint streets, restaurants, variety of shops, a harbour, sandy beach, hidden coves and it's own island. Looe is approximately a five minute drive from Millendreath.
Nearby is Polperro, which is a picturesque Cornish fishing village with traditional white painted cottages overlooking the harbour, famed for its history of smuggling & fishing. The heritage museum at Polperro has old photos and exhibits.
The Looe Valley Railway Station is just a short taxi ride away and is extremely popular with tourists. It winds its way for just over eight miles through the unspoilt Cornish countryside, along the river, hugging the steep sided Looe Valley. Millendreath benefits from being particularly well located, with a wide variety of beaches nearby. There are also many beautiful coastal & country walks in the area.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
The Lobster Pot is let from Saturday to Saturday and sleeps 4, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday.
The kitchen area (11ft 3" x 6ft 1") offers a wooden fitted kitchen and is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/ice-box, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster as well as an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. Two tea-towels are also provided.
The open plan living room (16ft 8" x 11ft 3") has a colour television with Free Sat satellite channels, cream leather 3 seater settee and 2 seater cream leather settee, coffee table, occasional table, dining table and 4 chairs, lamp and a living flame coal effect electric fire. There are lovely sea views through the floor to ceiling double-glazed windows in the living room.
The double bedroom (9ft 10" x 7ft 10") has a 4'6 double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a lamp. There are lovely sea views through the double-glazed bedroom window. Bed linen is provided and included in the tariff.
The twin bedroom (9ft 10" x 7ft 10") has two single 3' pine beds, canvas wardrobe, pine bedside table and lamp. There are valley views from the bedroom. Bed linen is provided and included in the tariff.
In the storage cupboard there is an iron, ironing board and freestanding clothes airer, as well as a hoover.
The bathroom (6ft 3" x 5ft 6") has a matching bathroom suite as well as a wall mounted electric shower, shower curtain, shaver socket, towel rings, toothbrush holder and bathroom cabinet.
Your large balcony (23ft x 23ft) has a wooden table with seating & parasol provided, should you decide to dine alfresco or just relax and enjoy the views. There is also a three-seater patio swing chair with cushions.
Electricity cards can be purchased upon your arrival.
Parking is free for holidaymakers renting the property.

There is a no smoking policy in the property, however smoking is permitted on the balcony.
*IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please note when booking this accommodation that there are no facilities at Millendreath (Millendreath is not a Holiday Park), however there is a coastal path to nearby Looe which offers an array of shops, restaurants and inns around the bustling harbour and sandy beach. The walk along the coastal path takes about 20 minutes, but you can drive to Looe in just five minutes. Both Looe and nearby Polperro are very popular with visitors both home & abroad.
